We believe learning occurs best when information is presented in an interactive and participatory fashion that respects the knowledge of both trainers and trainees.
We believe we have as much to gain from the experience and knowledge of our participants as they gain from us. The comments, suggestions, and life experience our participants share during training make our trainers better teachers and help to refine and improve the content of our courses.
